Sarah Walker – Sports Performance Coach specialising in Strength & Conditioning and Endurance Training.
I originally come from a background in competing and coaching Endurance Running. Whilst pursuing a career in professional coaching I suffered my own serious sports injury which sparked the interest in Strength & Conditioning, and my focus moved into the improvement of performance and injury prevention across all sports.
My aim as a Strength & Conditioning Coach is to help athletes at all levels, through sport specific training, to improve performance, avoid injury and work to achieving their goals – principles that relate to individuals from all populations – by improving functional movement, normal day to day tasks becoming easier and healthy living activities can become enjoyable rather than a chore.
