White Rose Ultra Ambassadors
Emily -
I started running in 2012 after having my 3rd child. Before that, other than riding horses, I had been a keen exercise avoider.
It only took a couple of years to work out that I prefer longer distance running - moving at a steady pace with eating breaks along the way appeals to me hugely.
Now 40, this year is my ultra 'come back', having sat out for a few years due to health difficulties.
I seem to be moving slower than ever, but the sheer joy of being out on the trails in incredible places is honestly the best feeling.

Hey! I’m Ash! I only really got into exercise, training & running properly in 2022. Where it became less about losing weight and more about getting strong as well as gaining new life experiences.
I’m passionate about physical exercise and push boundaries and also passionate about support our brain health.
Above all else I’m super passionate about helping others feel their best selves! Ash x
