30 miles from start to finish, 1 lap of the WRU 30.
​The perfect introduction to ultra distance running. (31.7 miles, thats 1.7 miles extra for free!)

Entry Information

Registration :  7:00 - 09:00 am Saturday 20th where you will receive your Race Pack & final instructions. 

Start : Saturday at 09:00

Closing Date : 31 May or when full (100 limit)

Prizes : 1st, 2nd, 3rd male
              1st, 2nd, 3rd female
              Medal 
              BBQ and after party

Cut Off : 8 Hours - 15 mile point, 4 hours

Entry Fee : £40/person Earl bird (Includes BBQ)

Discounted Entry : All finishers of the SWRU30 will receive a unique discount code gaining them 30% of entry to any Winter WRU distance!

Special Information : 
You must carry all your own kit at all times. KIT LIST 
This is Summer so we will be relaxing the full kit down to just the following:
  • Waterproof jacket 
  • Water bottle and or cup, there are none at any of the aid stations. (yes a water bladder counts as a bottle but then you WILL need a cup)
  • Mobile phone (make sure this is fully charged and not been used as any kind of navigational aid) put our number in it now 01484599123
  • Whistle
  • Foil blanket
There is a separate resting area in the event centre. Drop bags can be left at the event centre. Pennies for the bar!
